Ok guys, I find myself tearing this thing apart again, for a couple of different reasons.
1. I have a lot of extra front suspension parts (spindles, a-plates, king pins, etc.) from when I lifted my 03, so I figured that I mind as well throw them in this cart. I would have to of needed to buy most of those parts anyway.

2. To fix a speed issue. I read in the OM for this cart that my speed should be 12-13mph. I am no where near that. Maybe 9mph tops. It barely climbs any hills, and when it does, it's really slow. I have taken the V-Glide apart and cleaned all of the contacts, but that didn't help. I have also load tested and tested the SG of the batteries (6 2012 6v Interstates), and they test fine. I had a couple of observations. I noticed that the contact on the V-Glide wiper arm was worn as if the contact had been positioned leaning forward. The contact was deeply worn on one side, and the wear was only 1/4 or the way across the pad. I am going to adjust this to make it level once again and see if it makes a difference in my speed. I also notice that my battery charger has only been charging for a couple of hours at a time. Maybe 3 at the most. It doesn't matter what the SoC of the batteries is. If I unplug it and plug it in again, it does the same thing. The charger did the same thing with my 12v batteries and on the advice of George from Lester, I switched from 3 12v to 6 6v batteries with no difference.

If anyone can point me in the right direction, I'd appreciate it

After 4 months, I finally had time to troubleshoot . 12 hrs after the charger shuts off, the batteries are only at 37.0 volts, or 70%. Once it gets nice out again, I'm going to hook up the DVM to the battery pack and monitor as I'm driving. I suspect that I have a bad battery, or the charger is not charging fully

I'm sure you have, but I never read (probably missed it) if you confirmed proper V-glide adjustment. Wiper contact covering last contact at full throttle? Also, the wire from the last contact is going to the lug at the end of the coils, hooked in the same place as the power wire to the motor? If these things check out, I'd put money on a battery or charger issue.

Yup, the V-Glide is good. I've looked at it multiple times and it's fine
