36-48V conversion blowing micro fuses
1993 Club Car DS - goal to convert to 48v, replace controller/solenoid/high amp wires..have put in new alltrax 650 amp controller, SW180 solenoid, 2 ga wires, 4 ga on batteries, put in new batteries, and I keep blowing v glide or F/R switch micro fuses. Do you think I have polarity wrong somewhere? My diode is correct - striped end to positive, resistor is for the 48V also on solenoid.
Also want to confirm I DONT need to replace v Glide and F/R switch on a 48V conversion. Some say yes others not. I will post pictures of the wires on solenoid and controller just don't know how yet. |

I am not totally sure, but I think I have seen on here that you should replace the v-glide as it will burn out over time...
