Noise in Left Front Axle
When I turn my cart full left or right I hear a clunking sound in the left front axle. It is a 2002 Club Car electric. What could cause this? I think possibly in the steering.

Re: Noise in Left Front Axle
Could it also be described as a grinding noise? On my 90, one of the boots for the steering is ripped and allowing the wheel to turn more and grind against the rim of the wheel.

Re: Noise in Left Front Axle
Check the leaf spring bushing in the front. I have a 2001 DS that was doing that and the bushings were completely worn out. Replaced them and the clunking sound was gone.
