2009 48V at 63.4V
just installed my didgital volt meter in the dash and while charging I desided to turn the meter on to see what that batteries where at, with 4amps left on the charger its reading 63.4 volts, Brand new 8v batteries, I know they settle after charging but i thought that 63.4 volts was kinda high.

It's normal. A 48v pack can get up to 65v while charging...

Numbers are good , depending on your batts algorithm charge rate most 48 volt systems run on equalization charge around 60 -65 volts
