A DS is an excellent cart to have and upgrade; looks like a good start for sure... |

Re: New member, need help identifying cart
300 is probably a little low. 750 isn't bad. I'd take 500 cash with me

I'm freaking excited to start on this. I'm a huge mod sled guy, and with winter wrapping up, I need a new project to tinker with. This seems like the perfect summer toy at the lake. |

Re: New member, need help identifying cart
I wouldn't try to test it there. If something were to happen to the cart or yourself while you tried to test it, it would be a huge liability for the seller. Chances are that the seller won't let you try to test anything anyway.

Yes, good point.
If this was a early 90's DS, would it be 36v then? |

Absolutely. Unfortunately the seller is no where near the cart, and really doesn't know anything about it. I guess his wife inherited a farm, and this was on it. He snapped some pictures and that was it. I'm just trying to do my research before heading out there.
I appreciate all the comments so far! |

Re: New member, need help identifying cart
I noticed that it does not have the motor/controller cover under the sweater basket. It does, however, have the newer steering wheel. My 96 had the cover, so I would guess between 92-95...
Also the front cowl is the newer style... |
