98 not moving

Hey and thx for the help.

I have a 98 36v elec. Ez go. It clicks when shifting will not move.
New batteries. No loose connections. Any ideas?

Is it a series drive or a DCS? If it has a Run/Tow switch on controller cover, it is a DCS.
