total charge III missing board
i bought a 92 marathon that came with a total charge III 36V charger,problem is the charger wont shut off after charging.it starts out at around 18amps and will get down to 1 or 2 amps and stay there,it has new bats.i did alittle research on the site and figured it must need a new board,so i opened the charger up and it doesnt even have a board in it.has anyone heard of something like this before?thanks

The control board is just an educated on/off switch.
 Sounds like the actual battery charging parts of your TC-III are working normally. Here is a service manual for it. |
