For those with not to good slow speed and a backfire occasionally.
So, those were my symptoms. What did I do to fix both of them ? Here it is, you ready. The carb was not closing all the way. Replaced the carburetor spring !!!! That's right, you heard it. If your golf cart doesn't want to seem to crawl at all and just wants to go and occasionally backfires. I bet your carburetor is not closing all the way and you need a new spring. There you have it.

Indeed.. I was so excited to get a handle on all of that and have a nice crawler now when I want it :-)
