I’m just repeating what I’ve read. I don’t even own an rxv but I’ve seen people write about the same problem multiple times. As you figured out, if that peddle isn’t fully up, the cart won’t pass the startup test. I’d try cleaning it really well. They say dirt accumulates under the peddle. Also, Bob Boyce, who seems to know more about these carts than the people that built them, has a fix of some sort of bushing for the spring that brings the pedal back up. Don’t quote me on what exactly the fix is. One of the rxv guys will see this soon. You could also try searching “pedal” comments by bob Boyce.
