Not Charging After Controller/Motor Upgrade
I have a 1995 Club Car Series serial number A9524-438411 which I recently upgraded the controller and motor to an Alltrax 500AMP controller and D&D High speed motor, all cables solenoid, etc. from Revolution Golf Cars (great service from them btw)
Since making the upgrade the cart won't charge unless I disconnect the batter pack and reconnect it. Is there something wrong with the OBC? How can I correct this? Thanks |

Re: Not Charging After Controller/Motor Upgrade
Does your pack negative cable still go through the OBC? It has to pass through the hole in the center OBC in order for it to work correctly. If it is not through the center hole, or if the sensor has been damaged the OBC can't determine if the cart has used any power from the pack.
