1989 EZGO spark plug gap
1989 EZGO Marathon with a 3PG engine.
So I am rebuilding my cart, New engine (Not rebuilt) carb, fuel pump with all new fuel lines and filter, New plug and wire, I have in the past did the HEI conversion, But I am going to convert it back to a new ignitor, The cart has new voltage regulator and solenoid. And rewire the entire cart. What I need to know is what plug should I use? And what should I gap it at? |

Re: 1989 EZGO spark plug gap
I just put in a NGK BP4HS in my 3PG today. The gap is .025-.030 I read somewhere today. My new plug was already gaped at .025. This was for the stock ignition I don't know about the HEI.
