That's a good point if You just open the box and throw them on - it's always a safe bet (and good practice) to open up and clean any new carb regardless of who manufactured it to make sure there's nothing in there left over from the manufacturing process - especially the float bowl and needle.

5 minutes of prevention can often save an hour of headaches, I always say - Unless someone is bleeding out, it's best to not rush the job, LOL

we're all vol fire fighters here, medics, emts, etc, so I get what you're saying. What's funny is we have our own medic mechanic lingo in the shop. "What's the chief complaint of the vehicle"? hahaha

Okay got the carburetor in the mail today put on my cart got it running still runs sluggish I don't think the 295 head it's going to work on the 350 motor
