Re: 2016 g 29 Yamaha gas cart
The brake pedal. 2007 to 2014 g29 has single brake line. While 15 and 16 have dana rear with two brake cables. I know how it is right on the pedal with a rod to an equalizer. Would like to see where cables are mounted just the few inches rearward of that. Not a big deal since you probably wont be in there for anything.

Re: 2016 g 29 Yamaha gas cart
I was in there the other day just doing a little adjustment. But it’s right as you say it almost like the precedent clubcar deal assembly with the equalizer in the middle. I tampered with the factory adjustment but will still take the pics tomorrow and send you as darkness has set on me and the flies are behaving as they haven’t been fed.

Flies? Must be warm. I was just out laying on wet ground at 27 degrees looking at that starter lol. I would be fine with flies for a few more much wanted degrees. I'll grab a pic of where I'm talking about

This part I believe. Where the two cables are clipped on to hold still. Never actually looked at one.

Re: 2016 g 29 Yamaha gas cart
awesome that pic just helped me a good bit. as im fabbing up that little bit from a part a member here sent me. He sent me the section from a g22 and it will work about the same just back farther. It also shows me that they changed the brake cables a little from the g22. GREAT HELP. This is all totally different on 2007 to 2014 g29. just 2015 and 2016 are like what you got there. Seems like I have all the parts to have brakes again!
