Default Yamaha gas electrical issues

I have a 2016 Yamaha gas that has been having electrical issues since spring. New battery, new voltage regulator, new starter generator.

Overcharges the battery until battery acid spills out battery.

I have the luxury of having an identical donor cart that a couple of drunken fools tried to kill themselves with in an outing to take parts from and exchange. The crashed cart was running perfect until it hit a bridge at full speed.

Any input would help before I basically swap everything out. Thanks in advance.
