So, you did replace both crank seals in the case when you rebuilt it, right?
Or did you "re-ring" it, as opposed to "rebuilt" it?

What you are describing perfectly matches air leaks.

I removed the air box it was cracked and replaced it with dirt bike style air filter. there is a box at the top of the Carb it seams to have a sensor of some kind not sure what it is doing. I tried taking the box off and plugging the hole but it still won't fire.

Where would I check for potential air leaks?

The feed from the crank/bottom end for the old pump is open not sure if I should plug that? Also there is a line that connected to the oil pump plugged it on the carb and left it open to the pump............not sure how to connect

Any chance its a timing issue from changing the seals?

To adjust, you move the coils one way or the other under the fan on the passenger side. I will try and find the link i was reading. But there should be a sight glass with 2 marks that have to line up on the fan side. Havent done it myself or even looked for the marks. But if your coil didnt go back in exact when you did the seal on that side your timing may be out.
