.......add a roll of electrical tape, various sizes of zip ties, and a couple hose clamps that fit your main hoses (gas carts).

No, you can only edit your post until 240 minutes has passed since the original post. I have edited posts lots more than 2 times before.

What do you use the sockets for? I do not use ratchet/sockets on battery posts or to tighten down the junky bolts that most mods come with. For fear of stripping the threads or popping the battery lug off. Just curious.

The rebar is very smart for those people who have a winch.
I don't carry the slime stuff. It's kind of a female dog to deal with when you take the tire apart to do a "real fix." The C02 that I have is like the stuff found here: http://www.ebay.com/itm/ATV-Motorcyc...-/190772560238 This works great when you just have a flat. But when you have those "off the rim" flats, that's why I carry an X-tra whole tire on the rim. My socket set is the small ratchet 1/4" drive with the largest socket being 1/2". So, there is no large nuts going to get over torqued here. For the 4 tire nuts I do have a 1/2" drive ratchet with the deep well socket attached. My "forearm & fingers" are pre-set for the torque amount on any battery terminal. Trust me....it's not going to get overtightened on the woods!! I'll make it snug....and set it right when I'm back home. I toss in a few of the "usual" 1/2" 7/16",9/16",etc wrenches and a few rusty yet usable phillips and regular screwdrivers as well. You can fit a lot into one of those ammo cans.

Great post idea Kortoga, thanks for starting it. I'm going to add a few things to my tool pack that others have suggested.

Thanks UncleJerm76, I like this information...everybody keep it coming...

I just got my EZGO 2011 TXT, all black, it is lifted, back seat, lights.
I will be adding an onboard charger and moving the "pre-installed" light kit to a 30A converter. So I stop drawing down one battery.
I am also replacing the 2-way "ignition" switch to a 3-way so I can turn the power off on all accessories when I take the key out. Not to mention for a first level security purpose. Now my key will be different than the standard EZGO key.

I have not really been away from the house with it yet, but was wondering what tools I should stow away onboard for that unfortunate time when I am away from a place where I rule and have dominion. If something happens on my property, I have it covered.

Some of these ideas are great. Would have never thought about making sure I had a bottle opener. My beer is twist off, the cheap Coors Light kind. But you never know when I might run into an un-opened non-twist off bottle in the wild.

Same here. My electric cart is already heavy enough! I'm not worried about batteries since I just installed a brand new set of Trojans, a Scottyb DVM and an Aux battery for my lights. So I'm not concerned about anything failing me... and a simple phone call will fix just about anything!

A bic lighter is a perfect tool to open "pop off" type beer lids, plus, i hear it can be used to light fires too.
