Bad boy buggy slow as molasses
I recently purchased a 2005 bad boy buggy from a close friend. I wanna know a few tips on how to make it faster and stronger. This thing has been garage kept and well maintained its just a little slow going uphill at my deer lease. I have very hilly terrain so any tips on upgrades would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Re: Bad boy buggy slow as molasses
Have you tested the batteries? My buddy and I have an 06 or 07 Classic and on flat land it will go 18 maybe, but it will climb very steep hills at maybe 9 or 10 mph.

Re: Bad boy buggy slow as molasses
The guy I bought it from told me I might make it through this season but I'd need new batteries before next year for sure. I'm probably gonna go ahead and grab a new set but I was told by another friend that there were certain things you could do to upgrade the "brain" of the buggy. He says this would help with overall performance. He suggested I get on here and ask some questions.
