Default "Surging" Club Car

2013 Club Car electric. Cart surges when throttle applied anywhere less than fully pressed. Any ideas what causes this? Thanks.

The problem is most likely caused by the MCOR.

Before Your replaced it, look at this post specific to the Precedent pedal assembly freeplay and how it affects the MCOR:

Sergio-Thanks for the response. Sorry about the delay, I have been out of town. Not sure how to hook up lap top to the golf cart.
