My upgrade for 2002 CC DS 36V
Upgrading my old resistors to an 500 amp Alltrax programmable SR control, a 400 amp super duty solenoid, & Heavy Duty F&R switch.
Lets hope I can figure out the small wires and where they go. |

Re: My upgrade for 2002 CC DS 36V
I don't know about resistors, but diodes absolutely do matter which direction. It should be spelled out in your paperwork. Here is a sticky on Alltrax xct500 controllers talking about direction of diodes. You have a different controller, so if you need 2 or 1 diodes, might be different, let alone a resistor.

Alltrax tech document here shows why and how to install both. https://alltraxinc.com/wp-content/up...ns-Learned.pdf This should be the diagram for your controller. It also shows where to install both resistor and diode, and the proper ones to use. https://alltraxinc.com/wp-content/up...S-WIRE-DIA.pdf |

Man you have no idea how much that cart is gonna WAKEUP from those upgrades! Pure satisfaction when it all works too! Crank that controller down if your keeping the stock motor and going to 48 volts it’ll get pretty hot on max voltage
