Default 2000.5 gov spring zip tie

can someone be more descriptive on how to"tie up" the governor spring on the governor arm/throttle cable? mine is about 1 to 1 1/4 inches long, and im not sure how to tie it up to get more speed? Thanks in advance

oh yea, here is my cart! shes not finished yet...working on matching back seat, black entended top, and gun racks! Already have but not pictured front windshield, chrome steering cover, and front clays basket!
