I have the heavy 4 leaf variety on mine. I know others have recommendations about some with different articulation. I have no complaints about mine, but I'd defer to their expertise.

Do be prepared to lay some cash out to extend the driver's side brake line if you stick new springs in.

No need for extended brake cables if you get the Club Car dual action heavy duty spring. It’s a single leaf design and is a perfect upgrade for a stock cart with a rear seat. It still rides well but handles the extra weight with no problem.

I forget the part number, but call or email David at Revolution Golf Cars and he can get you the right ones.

There’s no part number but I assume it’s this one?

I don’t think they’re on the website, Call him and ask. The club car ones come with bushings and are only one leaf.

Club car uses factory single leaf springs on the Villager 4 with rear seat.

Ok got the springs from my local Jeffrey Allen p#103742306 with bushings ,they say with the heavy duty springs you don’t need rear shocks . Do I still need the rear shocks ? I’m thinking yes ?

They are correct. You won't need the shocks. Carts are sprung really tight and don't bounce like cars do without shocks.
