g 16 torque kit
i installad the torque kit and it works but taking off its kinda jerks. is this normal?

Is the belt slipping? Maybe a little grease on the sheave/belt/shaft. Make sure installed the outer sheave all the way on so it locks on the half moon key. There should be about 1/4 inch of threads showing on the outside of the 17mm nut.

came from buggies unlimited kit included inner sheave,plastic washer,spacer,and spring

Most of the time with the torque kits if its belt slipping, it is usually due to the outer sheave not being installed correctly. Not all the way over the half moon key and spinning. Do not reuse your plastic washer either. |
