Default red spring - white spring ????????????

Is there a difference in my white torque spring and the red one I bought for my buddies limo ? I am thinking about putting the red one on my cart with 23 " tires and put my white spring on his limo with 25" tires. I will add pics in a little bit.

Depends on which red one you got. Plowman's has a red one and theres import red one. I would guess you the import if you got from somewhere besides Plowman's. I noticed the import red one revved more than the white one.

Plowman is the only dealer that sells non import stuff ???? That is what he told me about the carb spacer I bought from him. I was going to buy it from the Yamaha dealer closest to me for less money until it was backordered. Plowman said even a the dealer might have a import carb spacer . Dealer said it was factory Yamaha in Yamaha package. I am starting to think This Plowmans thing only being non import is BS. Just saying.

I understand on the clutch sleeves and such that he only sales Yamaha ones (oem) that are imported from Japan. The others are imported from other countries. The non oem carb spacers are very fragile and will crack real easy.

Well , I could not get my inner sheave off the input shaft without taking the shocks off because the threads i welded on are too long . SO, I just left my white spring in mine.
