Re: My Golf Cart Adventures in Modding
I got a sony radio installed into the dash recently and an antenna for it too
i just have to wire in two speakers for it now i have decided that since the ezgo differential is geared for high rpm and only has forward capability, i will tear out the rear and replace it with the matching polaris transmission for the motor i have this trans will have High, Low, Neutral, Reverse and Park for a gear selection also the top speed of this motor/trans combo with 26" tires is 63mph, thats good speed and also has all the torq when i need it more pics to come next week when i start mocking it all up |

Re: My Golf Cart Adventures in Modding
I found out that the transmission is actually out of a sportsman but I think it could still work
I'll take some pics of the radio and maybe of the motor and transmission if I have time today |

Re: My Golf Cart Adventures in Modding
You better get a roll cage at 63mph. Also what brakes are you using with that speed?

Re: My Golf Cart Adventures in Modding
i'll probably use a disc brake on the rear axle plus when i get to the front suspension the wheels will probably already have brakes on its wheels, since i'm planning to use the front end off a atv
