1996 club cart runs rough
hi all, ijust purchased a 1996 clubcar,im new to these carts.when trying to start it doesnt want to ge going while cold,i hit the choke button,you smell gas,top of carb appears to have gas on it.not sure where i should start troubleshooting. should i clean carb up? please help,thanks

starters club cars dont like cold weather, but will run. the choke will choke air coming into the box, not the carb, so make sure your filter is in tight and the lid is installed correctly and tight. make sure your tube is in good shape and not cracked and leaking. hope this helps you soem. fill us in more of what you did if problem still resides

you shouldn,t have gas on top of carb so yes you may want to start looking around..................................
