EZGO TXT 99 with 38v system what should the batteries read after full charge

well I will assume you mean your cart has a 36V system....with everything working correctly, and after your charger has turned off and the batteries have "rested" for 12 hrs. You would expect 38.2-38.4V if they are at 100%
