What is this part?
Hello guys,
I have an 82 ezgo electric 3 wheeler. There is a part that I need to identify. It's about the size and shape of a "c" battery with two wires coming out of each end. It's wired between the 2 big terminals of the solenoid. The wire is broken and the part is pretty rusty. I can't find a replacement part or figure out what this part does. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks Littled. |

Re: What is this part?
Its not a "factory" item. Its probly a capacitor which is acting as a snubber which is NOT needed. Someone at some point in time put it on there. The reason you can't find it is because it is NOT FACTORY.
If your still unsure of my response then post a pic. |

Thanks for the help Roady. It does seem to run fine without it.
