You guys are the best!!!! Problem fixed.. The pedal is working... Now I just have to put everything back together I removed the back seat to have more access to the controller...

I will do a road test once everything is back together hopefully in a couple of hours...

I did not see a diode for the solenoid in your list of parts, I assume you have one?

We used the golf cart for almost 1 hour, I still don't have a battery meter connected so I came back to charge before I ran out of battery... It runs great I was able to get 17mph with 2 adults and 2 teenagers... I am happy with that speed any faster and it would be a problem when the kids use it...

The only thing I am still not happy is the gas pedal calibration I have to go almost 40% in before it starts working is there a way to adjust the gas pedal physically or via the alltrax program?

You need a Resistor and a Diode - see attached page of the Alltrax SR Operators Manual.
