Default battery charger problem

was wondering if theres any way the use a ezgo charger on a club cart i plugged charger in but would not come on maybe need to move some wires its maybe a 1998 club cart.any info would be greatly appreciated

your Club Car has an onboard computer and the ezgo does not they are not compatible .......

Scotty could the receptacle be rewired by adding a wire to directly charge the batteries so that it didn't use the obc but still leaving the obc intact so that it can do its other jobs?

trounda...

typical situation...

your batteries may be to low to kick on the charger...
measure the whole pack voltage, you have to have more then 36/48 volts
total for your charger to come on!

If not... you may need to charge them individually to get them back up to par!

keep reading the threads in this section... it's been explained a number of times!
