36 volt 1994 golf cart DS. Runs. No seat, no batteries, no charger

What am I missing here? I have had lots of early to mid 90's DS models. I have a 93, 94, and a 95 right now, my photo above is a 93. The steering wheel, cup holders etc. are the same as the OP's photo. Only change I see is the newer roof support and seat back.

Didn't the roof change mid-year 2000 to have holes at the rear for a handle?

What am I missing?

IDK. Owner says it's a 94. Dash plate says 94. Everything on cart except rear bracket and seatback checks out as stock 94.

It is definitely a 2000.5+ new style roof. It appears that the roof, roof struts, seat back, and both front and rear cowls were replaced at one point with 2000.5+ parts. Probably the only thing 1994 about the cart is the frame, suspension, rear end, and maybe drive system.
