Funny humming noise may be key. Questions
Have we got a stripped hub that is spinning/slipping on the axle?

Have we got a bad battery (pack) that is dropping way down in voltage when you try to go... This can be tested with any voltmeter connected to the pack when you try to go uphill... what's the voltage reading when the cart is failing to perform?

Remove the rear hubcaps so the axle nut is exposed. Have somebody watch when you try to start uphill fast, does the nut turn faster than the tire?

Humming was when I had solenoid wires (blue and yellow) backward and it wouldn’t run. Switched those last night all good codes on controller. Tested battery pack too and all good, no drop on voltage. . Cart has very slow speed and no power up slight incline.

Have you connected your PC and checked if all of the Alltrax toolkit settings are correct?

Make sure you plugged the speed sensor cable in to the new controller. Then check all the settings with the tool kit.

Today at lunch I went over multiple pics and questions on other installs. Got home today to check everything over again. Discovered I plugged a 3 pinned plug into the receptical for the optional dash speed control dial. Plugged it into the correct J1 plug and old girl sped right along! Thanks for the input and assistance all. Much appreciated!!

Special thanks to you Scotty for the help with purchase and fast service. Will spread the good word to my fellow cart riders in the hood.

Good news! That would be the speed sensor. That's what it sounded like to me.
