I have purchase the solenoid, 2AWG wire for the 2 batteries. I am going to dive into the controller next. Should improve my low end torque and get to 19mph (est) with the stock motor. The motor will of course be the next item. Then I should be good with my build for at least 1-2 days before I want something else for it...lol
