Default 80's marathon, 244 cc robin help on drive clutch

The drive clutch is very noisy, and it sticks closed if you get it hot, how do I disassemble and rebuild? For that matter, how does this work??

1) Take the clutch off the engine, throw away, replace with new clutch. = The best way to fix it.

2) To repair it take it off the engine, take cover off figure out what pieces are worn out, begin internet searches (ad nauseum) that will lead you to the conclusion that you can't get parts to overhaul them, see #1.

The clutch uses hinged centrifugal weights that ride on rollers that push the clutch faces closer together as RPM increases and a return spring to push them back apart when RPM decreases. The problem with mine was that the rollers developed flat spots that would hang the weights and keep it from releasing. We welded the low spots and ground them pretty much round which is working for now. My inlaws clutch is noisy, loose and completly worn out and hangs up all the time but they don't want to replace it and there ain't no fixing that one. (refer to #1 again)

Good luck.
