Gas blowing back through Carb, 07 EZGO ST Custom w/350
I have an 07 ezgo gas st custom with the 350. It is blowing gas back out the carb. I have checked the valve clearance, went with hotter plugs and replaced the carb with a new one. Seems I have excellent compression with one cylinder and possibly less with another and on the weaker one, i hear a sound that is similar to water dripping once, but it is more mettallic in sound. I do not have a compression gauge, but am cranking the clutch by hand to get these results. Is this something wit timing or a bad intake valve? I can't get the timing cover off with the clutch still on to check it. Any suggestions? Or should I just bite the bullet and upgrade to the Honda kit?

Appears to have been both intake valves leaking. Replaced them with two new ones, lapped them in, relapped and cleaned up the exhaust valves too. No leaks prior to reinstalling. Seems to be running good. I still think I may upgrade to the 20hp Honda V-twin. Anybody done this???
