where's my torque?

I have a 1996 Ezgo txt with a Robin 295 engine. Ive installed a K&N intake, jetted my carb, and changed my plugs according to the fuel and air mixture, also I installed a torque spring in the clutch, a 28 degree drive clutch and a gates 6098 drive belt. I do have a new exhaust that will be here Monday. After all those upgrades I still have very little improvement in performance. So I ran a compression test 175psi on the right and 180psi on the left. Also ran the valves to .004 with the engine hot. And yes the governor has been adjusted. Any help is much appreciated.

Hi Sniper. Any update. I also have a robins 295 TXT and am really keen to get more torque. Just ordered the 6098 belt. Interested to know if K&N intake is significantly more noisy and any instructions for re-jetting/engine tuning. Thanks
