Default CT Rebuilds

I am wondering what your experience has been dealing with Ct rebuilds.
I purchased a 375 engine from Carrie on Jan 14th,received it on Jan 18th and retuned my core on Jan 19th. She received it on Jan 22nd. So far I haven't received a refund on my core deposit and she doesn't return my calls or respond to emails since Feb 9th.
I did contact her through ebay last night and got a response right back. Un fortunately I bought directly from her instead of going through ebay.
Has anyone else had a problem?
Thanks
Ron

Ron, I bought a motor from her last spring. Unfortunately, it took forever to get my core refund back too. I kept hounding here and eventually got it back. It did take 6-8 weeks if I remember correctly.

I received a credit memo from her this morning dated Feb 16th. but my credit card hasn't received it yet.
I would suggest to anyone who deals with her do it through Ebay. She seems to respond to those buyers promptly.

Default CT Rebuilds

I just dealt with her on a G16 engine. Had some issues with the engine but she was very helpful in getting it straightened out.

I think it's a very basic rebuild. Shipping packaging isn't the best either. Threw whatever they had in the box to pad the engine.

I haven't gotten my core charge back yet. Been a week since she received it.

I purchased through eBay. She sent me a message stating deposit was sent back Monday, still not showing on my PayPal.
