Default 91 governor arm diagram

I have a 91 two cycle. I unscrewed the brass hex out of the top of the axle housing where the governor shaft exits. I dropped the shaft into the rear end but was able to fish it back to the top with a magnet. I don't know what position the shaft is supposed to be in. Every time I think its right, it binds when I tighten the hex bushing. I found one exploded view of the rear end on this forum. But there is not enough detail to show exactly how it goes. Does anyone have a diagram of the axle? Or any suggestions? Thanks.
