1995 EZ GO Only Runs with Choke Pulled

Hello, first time poster as I am at the end of my patience with this golf cart. Golf cart will crank over and will only run when choke is fully pulled. I have replaced the fuel pump, and have taken off gas line to carb and I know gas is flowing steadily. I have disassembled the carb and cleaned out every hole possible multiple times. Both spark plugs are getting a spark as well. I have also checked and adjusted valves to .004. Once the golf cart is choked it runs great.

Any suggestions for my next steps? Thanks in advance.

Checked compression 140 & 150.

I would suspect an air leak. Check intake gaskets and spacer.

I had same problem, took apart cleaned two time , still use choke. I then took apart soaked over night in carb cleaner I used those little wire bread wrapper things, pull the paper off first, they go thru those little hole, the use air nozzle blow out, put back together and checked all gaskets first and it worked like new. I use that ethanol additive in every tank I fill up, all year.
