03 Yamaha g22 blowing white smoke pretty bad. runs great though. suggestions on where to start?

Check inside the air box for oil.

Changed oil, put in 1 quart. Cleaned airbox and carburetor. Still smoking bad and looks like oil dripping from muffler

Most likely oil ring at this point they are known for going bad before the compression rings give out

The oil ring replacement would involve tearing the motor down completely. There wouldn't be much point in replacing just the oil rings you would want to rebuild while you have it apart.
