Rattle

Hi all

have a G9 the muffler tattles I suspect an internal baffle is loose, can't find anything on the heat shields loose or rattling,

I priced a new muffler and decided that wasn't a good idea, any replacement mufflers we can use or can the old one be repaired?

It can be repaired but you have to cut it up and have some welding skills..theres a post on
here somewhere on how to do it. Most open it up and just cut the baffles out..and re-pack the fiberglass, louder but better air flow.
