Default looking for speed and torque on my G22

i have a 6" lift and 20: tires on my 2003 Yamaha G22, for about 5 years and i never did anything to the engine, now ive noticed that the cart goes slower and never really had torque. looking to up grade with some performance parts, any advice out there? maybe something like jakes power kit?
Thank You

I pulled the motors on several of mine and others and redrilled the engine mounting holes 1/2" forward. That is the same as putting a 1" shorter belt on it. It will start off lower in the driive clutch and you will feel the difference right away.

speedzone...

I'm not going to lie, Don Plowman is the man, and his stuff works, no questions. His mods for the stock engine will wake it up considerably and make it more fun and usable. With that said, the power you get from his reworking of the stock engine will be nothing compared to a Vtwin swap. So if budget is not an issue, go with the 23hp Vtwin swap.
