Workhorse Model # / Year

The guy I bought my Workhorse from said it was a 1999 model. The nameplate is located on the left sidewall of the glove box. Model # workhorse 1200 G LX Serial # 1579977.

The EZGO site says it's a 2003????

Can anyone tell me what year it is for sure??

Just talked to EZGO parts.com and they said it's a 2003 even though nameplate is in the glove box.....
