Constant Power to cart.
I am really at a loss.
I have checked, re-checked and checked again but I cannot find the issue. I have constant power to the cart and it does NOT need a key to run. This is what I have done. 1. 36V to 48V conversion kit from Scotty B (SPM 48400, Solenoid, F&R switch and new 2ga cables) 2. New Key Switch 3. All New Torjan batteries 4. 48v to 12V converter also from scottyB 5. Headlights, CD player w/ speakers After all of this, the cart does not need a key to run and I have ZERO idea why. I have attached a few pictures of the wiring. PLEASE HELP !! Shawn |

Re: Constant Power to cart.
I would take an ohm meter and confirm the the new key switch is working. It should show 0 ohms when it is turned on and infinite ohm when it is turned off ( cables disconnected )

Re: Constant Power to cart.
The new key switch was installed yesterday. I put it in thinking that may be the cause. Same issue with both old and new key switch.
