Glad to hear you got it rolling.

Like Scotty said, the charge receptacle issues needs to be fixed/replaced.

I'd go through all the connections throughout the cart with a fine toothed comb.

Ezgo is very proud of the charge receptacle... I see them on eBay for less.

I got some new mounting hardware at the hardware store to replace the corroded ones as well as made a wire with a plug on one end for the red/white wire and a ring on the other end to attach to the battery + in the charger receptacle. This will be a permanent bypass for the reed switch as I'm sure I won't he boneheaded enough to try to drive the cart with the charger in. Took it for a short ride this evening and all is well. Thanks to you all for your help!!
