JohnnieB has an EXCEL spreadsheet that has the micros built in. all you need is the input variables and it gives you your motor RPM.

so the only things you would have to know wound be your carts actual top speed, the actual mounted tire diameter, and the gear ration of your differential.

If your tires are truly 22" tall, and you have stock differential gears (12.44:1), your motor spins roughly 190.1 RPM per MPH.

IE: At 15.0 MPH the motor is turning at about 2851 RPM.

BTW, you'll have to physically measure the tire height, since the numbers stamped on the sidewall can be over a inch off.

Quattro-Pro spreadsheet.
I avoid Microsoft and Intel products whenever possible.

well somehow, here on this site, I got a copy of it in EXCEL......and I was pretty sure it came from you, lol if he had given us that specific info.....I would have just "plugged and chugged" the numbers for him.

Increase the operating voltage. The stock 36v motor will produce 33% higher RPM on 48v.

He said "get the rpms" rather than "get the rpms up"

But it is a moot point since both guesses at what was being asked was answered.

At 19 MPH on 22" tires, the motor is spinning about 3,611 RPM.
At 19 MPH on 20" tires, the motor is spinning about 3,972 RPM.

FWIW:
My Carlisle Turf-Master tires say 18x8.50-8 on the sidewall.
On their website, Carlisle says the MTD (Mounted Tire Diameter) is 18.3".
I measured the distance the cart traveled in four tire revolutions with me on it, did the math and came up with a tire height just over 17"
I also get just over 17" using a level and a yardstick.

Can you post a current calibration certificate for that yardstick?
