Won't turn over
I have a 1995 club car. Press on gas no response. I have to turn the fly wheel by hand to get it to turn over. Any ideas

Loosen the s/g belt and see if that helps. There is a fine line between to loose and too tight.

I have to manually turn the fly wheel by hand for some reason

loosen starter generator belt make sure starter turns good check battery that is fully charged, just for simple starters
