Default Charging issues - Low voltage

Hey all -

I have a 2008 E-Merge 6 seater.

I just replaced the batteries last week.

When hooking it up to charge, there's a fault. The 2 binking red lights indicates "Low Voltage". I'm using a grounded, heavy gauge extension cord. The charger is an on-board type.

I've replaced the battery cables.

Each battery is reading 6.1+ volts. It's reading 48+ at the 1st and last battery. (It has 8 - 6 volt batteries).

Any help is appreciated on what to do now.

Can you post a photo of the wiring and include where charger is attached?
