I got it figured out it was nothing really. It just needed a little more tension on it. I don't have the replacement as screw yet to hold it tight.


On a side note, the stupid thing wouldn't do anything at all. It's been sitting at the cart place for a couple months. I screwed around with the f/r for about an hour before I realized to check the fuse. Yep the fuse was blown.


I tried to call the old man I know who knows everything about gas carts. He finally called back after I figured it out.

He asked me had I just put lights on it, and sure enough, they had also installed lights. He said to go up to a 20 instead of a 10 after installing lights.

15 amp maybe... 20 may be too much!
My cart still uses a 10 amp! (with headlights, running lights, brake lights, underglows etc.)

Agree, mine has headlights, rear lights and brake lights from the factory with the 10 amp fuse.
