Re: Drive clutch
Hi Andy thanks for the reply. I tried but, it wouldn't budge. I now have the motor out and tried taking it off with a wheel puller but, no luck. It's a '92 Club Car. Any suggestions?

Re: Drive clutch
Unfortunately the drive clutch is one of the few things that need a special tool to remove it from the engine, and it's a clutch puller!
http://www.cartpartsplus.com/club-ca...lutch%20puller If you only plan to do it once or twice, there are a number of threads that explain how to make one. I made my first puller while waiting for a good on to be shipped to me... it didn't work out well for me! |

Re: Drive clutch
I used a 2x4 and hammer from other side. Otherwise have to buy correct puller for like 35 bucks.
