This is (unfortunately...) not necessarily the best time to buy a used cart. I've found the best time to score a deal is the end of the season or when the weather in your area is the crappiest. Warm weather...lot's of folks looking for them right now so the deals are fewer and further between. If you have the luxury of waiting, you might be able to score a better deal over the winter when folks don't want to store them...
